Returns & Exchanges

MNOVIS gladly accept return items if:

• The garment/s has not been used;

• The garment/s has still have the tags;

• The garment/s has not been damaged in anyway;

• The garment/s is/are still in sellable condition;

• Item can be exchanged for equal or greater value.

For a REFUND or EXCHANGE, the item should be returned within 14 days upon purchase except items sold at a discount (as SALE 50% AND ABOVE or SPECIAL DISCOUNT) REFUND will be made to the original payment method.

For BAG and JEWELLERY:

RETURN OF ITEM WITHIN 2 DAYS ONLY UPON PURCHASE AND THE ITEM SHOULD BE ON ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION.
